ALLERGY TESTING POLICY

All colour and chemical beauty services require a patch test 48hrs prior to your appointment. Unfortunately we will not be able to go ahead with the service if the allergy test has not been carried out.

PRE-PAYMENT POLICY

After you have had a consulation with one of our highly skilled stylists, we can book your appointment. 48 hours after your allergy test has been preformed, we will call you to check your test has been non reactive & to take your Pre-payment to secure your appointment. ALL PRE-PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Pre-payments are moveable up to 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling after this time will result in loss of your Pre-payment.

We understand & sympathize that certain circumstances can not be helped. However this policy insures our self employed staff are covered for their loss of time and income being unable fill appointment slots last minute.
